For the kick-off to the series we have Kylie Holland. Kylie is a Yoga Sculpt instructor, runner, and lover of all things active. Shehas found movement to be a key factor in overcoming her struggles with epilepsy and mental health conditions, and strives to empower others to move in ways that will be both enjoyable and uplifting.

She believes in Empowering others to determine and reach their personal definition of success, Showing that it’s possible to overcome obstacles and make this life whatever you want it to be, even if you don’t know what that is yet. In her classes she wants you feel just a little bit (or a lot!) stronger leaving the studiothan you did walking in.
