Patrick will also answer a fundraising question, and most importantly, showcase how you can support these small nonprofits doing great big things!
In 2018, Par 4 Youth Golf was founded by local PGA Professionals to give back to the community by putting a club in any child's hand that has the interest in playing. Golf is not elite. Golf is not exclusive. It is fun. It is active. And it is for everyone.
The goal of Par 4 Youth Golf is to get a golf club in every child's hands in the city of Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding communities. They do this at zero cost to the kids and his/her families–all of this culminating in a stand-alone Golfer Development Center for junior golf development and after school programs.
Local PGA Professionals Chris Howell and Chris Larson lead Par 4 Youth Golf along with pros Matt Cook and Kris Kroetsch.
Their BIG FUNDRAISING QUESTION for Patrick is: “We have access to many with money to give–how can we best leverage our time and resources to increase the amount of money we can raise?” AND THEIR BONUS QUESTION: “Once we have donors, how can we leverage them to create an even-bigger donor community?” AND A THIRD QUESTION! “What technology are nonprofits using to increase their impact?”
